Project Description

The project focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining an enterprise SaaS application that leverages automation to enhance contact center efficiency and engagement. This involves implementing new features, optimizing performance, and ensuring the scalability of the platform. As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, test, and maintain components of a complex enterprise SaaS application. Working collaboratively with team leads, software architects, and product managers, you will drive new functionality through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role demands strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of SaaS and enterprise architecture concepts.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, test, and maintain enterprise SaaS applications using Angular 11;
  • Collaborate with the architecture team to deliver designs that align with business requirements;
  • Break down user stories and ideas in collaboration with product managers;
  • Research and recommend new technologies and frameworks to enhance the tech stack;
  • Ensure application responsiveness, optimize performance, and maintain high-quality standards;
  • Perform code reviews;
  • Partner with the Sustaining Engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues;
  • Advocate for and implement CI/CD best practices;
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all aspects of work;

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years' commercial experience working with Angular 11, JavaScript, and HTML5;
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, and RESTful concepts;
  • Understanding of DBMS concepts, with familiarity in MySQL;
  • Experience with Git for version control and familiarity with CI/CD concepts;
  • Knowledge of SaaS and enterprise architecture principles;
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
  • Level of English - from Intermediate (spoken/written);
