You love the 0-1 stage, and are excited to wear multiple hats in addition to your technical one.

You have proven success as a founder, OR proven top pedigree in a leading technical role in a startup/scaleup.

You excel at creative problem-solving in uncertain situations, pragmatic execution with limited resources, and combine your hands-on skills with the power to shape a long-term, scalable technology vision.

When working with others you show that you have mastered a diverse communication toolkit, can collaborate effectively, and people gravitate to you as a natural leader.

As a character you show strong conviction and resilience, cultural adaptability, and positive stress management.

HR-Tech experience is a plus.

Experience with survey data collection and aggregate data analysis is a plus.

Fluent English is a must. German or other languages are a plus.
