Job Description:
You will be responsible for the development and day-to-day execution of all areas of our digital marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement in the institutional crypto space. We are seeking a data-driven and versatile professional with a proven track record in managing diverse marketing channels and consistently delivering measurable results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies – Lead digital marketing efforts across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
- SEO and Website Optimization – Manage technical SEO, content strategy, and backlink growth to improve organic traffic and website performance
- Conversion Optimization & Analytics – Analyze funnel performance and implement A/B testing, automation, and CRO strategies to improve lead conversion rates
- Content and Thought Leadership – Collaborate with other marketing team members to create and distribute blog posts, industry reports, and feature updates that enhance our brand authority
- Lead Generation and Growth Marketing – Plan and execute multi-channel growth initiatives including paid ads, email campaigns, industry events, and webinars
- Data Analytics and Reporting – Monitor KPIs, track campaign performance, and adjust strategies based on insights
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 6-8 years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record in driving successful marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Salesforce and other automation tools
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising
- Strong data analytics and marketing attribution skills
- Experience in B2B marketing with understanding of the dynamics of B2B customer acquisition, lead generation, and nurturing
- An ideal candidate will have prior experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry
