Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with ecosystem service providers
- Building the Crypto Exchange Ecosystem & Solution Suite: Evaluate market needs and strategically onboard partners that complement Cobo’s product offerings, ensuring seamless integration and scalability
- Client Pipeline Growth: Leverage partnerships to generate qualified leads for crypto exchange clients
- Event Planning & Execution: Co-host events with ecosystem partners, targeting crypto exchanges to showcase Cobo’s solutions and build rapport with key stakeholders
- Market Intelligence & Strategy: Gather market intelligence and feedback from partners and clients to refine partnership strategies
- Performance Tracking: Continuously evaluate partnership ROI and adjust strategies for improvement
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or partnerships or sales (preferably within SaaS, blockchain, fintech, or cloud services)
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships, especially in creating ecosystems or solution suites
- Strong network in the crypto, blockchain, or tech ecosystem
- Event planning and co-marketing experience is a plus
- Understanding of crypto exchanges, their operational needs, and ecosystem technologies
- Familiarity with technologies like cloud, CDN, messaging services, and analytics is an advantage
