Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication with clients, establish deep trust, and ensure successful utilization of the company's products.
- Improve client satisfaction and drive renewals as well as business expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure the efficient implementation of client solutions.
- Assess client needs, manage projects, and ensure the successful achievement of client objectives.
- Be responsible for key business metrics such as MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) and ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue), ensuring company targets for client growth and retention are met.
- Identify potential client needs, promote cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and prevent customer churn.
- Collect and consolidate client requirements, analyzing the core business pain points behind them.
- Translate client needs into company value, collaborating with product, technical, and other teams to drive optimization.
Job Requirements:
- Outstanding communication skills and service awareness, able to effectively address diverse client scenarios and demands.
- Strong learning ability and adaptability, with excellent stress management skills.
- Proven experience in project management, with the capability to independently manage complex projects.
- Familiarity with cross-department collaboration processes and the ability to efficiently coordinate internal and external resources.
- Background in blockchain technology or account management is a plus.
- Fluent in spoken English is a plus.
