Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for UX design of blockchain/Web3-related products; deeply analyze business requirements, clarify product logic and user scenarios, and provide effective design solutions for product iterations and new features.
• Able to deeply understand user needs and product goals, and deliver appropriate and effective solutions.
• Participate in the full product development cycle; work closely with engineering to ensure high-fidelity implementation of designs and help drive product growth and user experience improvement.
• Possess solid understanding of UX principles and methodologies; capable of user scenario analysis and pain point identification; familiar with interaction design workflows and able to independently lead the UX design for a full business line.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; proactive in driving project progress.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B-end (enterprise-facing) product design; blockchain and Web3-related experience is a strong plus.
• Solid knowledge of design principles, strong visual/UI skills, and excellent interaction design capabilities.
• Deep understanding of fundamental interaction design principles and logic; proficient in using various interaction components.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit; high sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
