About the Role – Global Operations Manager 

We’re looking for a Global Operations Manager to lead our Product Support & Operations function, ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our platform globally. 

This is a critical role at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer delivery, where you’ll drive operational excellence, lead a growing team, and shape how we scale our infrastructure and support capabilities. 

You’ll take ownership of our Azure-based Kubernetes environments, improve automation and processes, and ensure we consistently meet (and exceed) SLA expectations. This role reports into our Chief Technology Officer. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Own the performance, stability, and uptime of our global Azure infrastructure  

• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team  

• Drive automation and reduce manual operational overhead  

• Oversee incident management and ensure rapid resolution within SLA targets  

• Continuously improve processes, tooling, and documentation  

• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems  

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams  

• Manage operational budgets and optimise resource allocation  

• Provide clear reporting and insights to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For  

• Strong experience managing cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred)  

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes environments  

• Proven leadership experience in DevOps / Operations teams  

• Experience driving automation and process improvements  

• Strong stakeholder communication skills  

• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
