Workday HCM Consultant - India
Location - Bangalore [Hybrid]

About the role:
This role provides expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM solutions for our customers. The consultant will work closely with customers to understand their business requirements, tailor the Workday HCM system to meet those needs and ensure smooth adoption of best practices. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that enhance HR processes, data accuracy, and overall system efficiency for the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Configuring Workday modules and building Workday reports under direction from senior resources.
- Working directly with customers to clarify requirements and help translate them into Workday solutions.
- Undertaking unit testing to ensure configuration meet business requirements and troubleshooting any issues.
- Identifying appropriate system test scenarios.
- Coordinating with stakeholders and managing timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participating with the migration of configuration & data related to the delivered solution and to ensure all associated documentation is completed.
- Any other duties which may reasonably be assigned from time to time
Necessary Experience
- Workday Core HCM Certified with 2+ years of Workday HCM configuration experience and involvement with 2+ Workday customers.
- Experience configuring at least one other Workday module in addition to Core HCM & Core Compensation.
- Workday Implementer experience with solid understanding of the Workday methodology and customer-side deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a consultative approach.
- Excellent problem solver.
- Able to work in a quick-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Fluent English (written/ spoken).
