Junior Statistician - (Permanent Role)

We are seeking a Junior Statistician to join our in-house team and support projects across a diverse client portfolio, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and consumer health companies of varying sizes.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Statistician to join our team and support statistical activities across clinical research projects. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced statisticians, statistical programmers, data managers, and other cross-functional teams to support the planning, analysis, and reporting of clinical trial data.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior statisticians in the design and analysis of clinical studies.
- Assist with statistical analysis plans (SAPs), table/listing/figure (TLF) specifications, and other statistical documentation.
- Perform basic statistical analyses under appropriate guidance and supervision.
- Support the review and interpretation of clinical trial data.
- Assist with the preparation and review of statistical tables, listings, and figures.
- Conduct data checks and identify discrepancies or potential data issues.
- Support statistical programming activities and collaborate with statistical programmers.
- Contribute to study reports, clinical study reports (CSRs), and other project documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized study documentation in accordance with project requirements and applicable guidelines.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate progress, issues, and timelines effectively.
- Follow company standard operating procedures (SOPs), project-specific procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline preferred.
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience may also be considered.
- 0–2 years of experience in statistics, biostatistics, or clinical research.
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with clinical trial processes and pharmaceutical/biotech research is preferred.
- Exposure to statistical software such as SAS, R, or Python is an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to clinical trial data and CDISC standards such as SDTM and ADaM.
- Basic knowledge of clinical study design and statistical methods.
- Experience working with statistical programming or clinical data is a plus.
