Senior Data Manager- Remote in India

ClinChoice seeking an experienced Senior Data Manager to support the FSP client, the world’s largest consumer healthcare company at UK. This role will be remotely based in India while supporting UK-based projects, ensuring high-quality data management across clinical and consumer health studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data management activities for clinical and/or consumer health studies
- Oversee database build, CRF design, and data validation specifications
- Ensure compliance with CDISC standards (SDTM) and regulatory requirements
- Perform data cleaning, reconciliation, and query management to maintain data quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams (UK stakeholders, biostatistics, clinical, programming)
- Manage external vendors/CROs and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Support interim analysis and database lock activities
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and quality issues
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Statistics, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in clinical data management
- Strong expertise in:
- CDISC (SDTM)
- Clinical trial lifecycle
- EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical)
- Experience working in global studies (UK/US stakeholders preferred)
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer health / OTC studies
- Exposure to real-world evidence (RWE) or observational studies
- Prior experience working in a remote/global delivery model
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
