IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Implement IT software installation and support for IT infrastructure and end-users.
- Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
- Provide timely response and solutions for tickets as per IT HelpDesk.
- Perform asset management, provide IT assets to employees as per assets’ agreements and ensure assets return.
- Conduct Preventive maintenance and repairing of IT Assets as per company requirements.
- Plan, design and implement new office networking infrastructure.
- Provide IT reports and review as per procedural documentation.
- Perform BCP activities as per procedures and BCP calendar timelines.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team by aligning the IT infrastructure to achieve current and future business requirements.
- Conduct laptops maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Implement other duties assigned by supervisor
