Associate Director, Statistical Programming

We are looking for a dynamic person to join our in-house team as an Associate Director, Statistical Programming on a permanent basis.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the setup and monitoring of the assigned projects.
• Managing overall project to ensure the deliverables meets required quality and timeline.
• Conduct the meetings with Statisticians and Programmers for business needs.
• Manage resources throughout the life cycle of the projects.
• Coordinate client activities related to the projects.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for Programming operation.
• Lead or support electronic submission as needed.
• Innovative and be able to take initiatives and follow through in Programming workflow optimization.
• Hire, train, and mentor statistical Programming staff.

Education and Experience:

• Requires a BS or MS degree in computer science, statistics or related field with 4+ years of management experience.
• Must be experienced in clinical trial setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and work independently.
