Project Manager, Regulatory Affairs

We are looking for a dynamic person to join our in-house team as a Project Manager, Regulatory Affairs on a permanent basis.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the primary regulatory project lead for assigned client projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and manage regulatory project plans, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with client and regulatory expectations.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of regulatory projects.
• Monitor and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing mitigation strategies when necessary.
• Proactively identify project risks and opportunities and escalate as appropriate.
• Provide independent advice on the management of projects.
• Contribute to the preparation of RFI/RFPs/defense bid and act as a guide to the sales and business development team.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field (Master’s or advanced degree preferred with a combination of Life Science and Business training preferred)
• 2-5 of experience in Project Management
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Proven ability to drive projects
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office suite
• Good command of English in reading, writing, and speaking
