Job Overview:
The Senior Assistant Talent Acquisition supports the recruitment process by assisting with a variety of tasks, including coordinating interviews, managing job postings, handling candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. This role acts as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external candidates. They will also play a key role in managing and nurturing passive candidates. This position is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of recruitment processes and a passion for delivering excellent candidate experiences.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, with a preference for candidates with agency recruiting experience.
•Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
• Organization: Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and proactive in maintaining candidate engagement.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and provide support to other team members when needed.
• Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Experience with recruitment marketing or employer branding.
• Familiarity with various recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
• Experience supporting recruitment events such as job fairs and networking events.
