Purpose  

As a Graduate HR Operations Associate, you will support core HR functions, contribute to the efficiency and smooth operations of our HR processes, and play an essential role in managing employee life-cycle activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to start a career in HR, offering hands-on experience in various HR disciplines within a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities of the Role

What You'll Learn and Do: 

  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for all new hires and exiting employees, including preparation of documentation, equipment, and orientation scheduling. 
  • HR Administration: Assist in maintaining accurate employee records, updating our HRIS, and managing personnel files in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 
  • HR Data & Reporting: Generate reports, analyze HR data, and provide insights that help drive effective decision-making and continuous improvement within the HR department. 
  • Payroll Support: Work with the payroll team to verify employee data, address payroll inquiries, and assist with timely payroll processing. 
  • Employee Relations: Support HR in responding to employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and general HR matters, ensuring high levels of service and confidentiality. 
  • Compliance & Policies: Assist in maintaining up-to-date HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. Conduct audits and prepare for regulatory reviews as needed. 
  • Learning & Development: Collaborate with the L&D team to coordinate training schedules, track employee participation, and contribute to the continuous learning culture within the organization. 
  • Special Projects: Participate in HR projects focused on improving employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and HR process automation.

Requirements of the Role

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
    • Skills: 
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS software is preferred. 
    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
