In this position, you will primarily be responsible for HR operations, while also having the opportunity to take on recruitment and people partnering activities, while growing along the way.

What makes this role unique: 

Join CLEVR in Sandvika as our Junior People Business Partner and drive the entire employee lifecycle. In this role, your main focus will be on HR operations, ensuring our HR processes run smoothly and that employees and managers receive the support they need in their day-to-day HR matters.  

You will also contribute to recruitment activities, helping us attract the talent of the future and supporting parts of the end-to-end hiring process.  

Alongside this, you are involved in people partnering activities, supporting managers and the People team with initiatives that strengthen our teams, engagement, and culture.  

Working closely with our HR Operations and Talent Acquisition Leads, you will report to the People Business Partner for the Nordics and DACH 

This is a hands-on role in an international environment where you can make a real impact while developing into a broader People Business Partner position.

Your role will include: 

HR Operations: 

  • Ensure HR processes run smoothly and support employees throughout their journey. 
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding. 
  • Maintain and improve HR systems and employee data (e.g., HRIS). 

Recruitment: 

  • Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process for roles in the Nordics. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job profiles and hiring strategies. 

People Partnering: 

  • Advise managers and team leads on people-related topics. 
  • Support performance management, team development, and employee engagement. 

 

What you bring to the table: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations and processes. 
  • Knowledge of Norwegian employment law and HR regulations. 
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and candidates. 
  • A problem-solving mindset, resilience, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, while independently following through on actions in a fast-paced environment. 
  • A strong networker with a natural ability to build and maintain professional relationships.  
  • Experience with Human Resources and preferably, Talent Acquisition software.  
  • Eager to grow into a full People Business Partner role and handling a broad, evolving scope. 
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
