What makes this role unique:

As a Sales Executive – New Business, you’ll help us grow our presence across the Benelux by identifying new customers, building a strong pipeline, and closing strategic deals while working closely with our senior management team in executing the company’s commercial strategy. You’ll work closely with our partners at Mendix and Siemens to deliver innovative solutions and benefit from the support of our business consulting, marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is hungry to learn and succeed in a dynamic environment.

 


 

Your role will include:

  • Driving the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing
  • Identifying and engaging new leads through various channels
  • Working with your team to develop a targeted sales strategy
  • Creating proposals, quotes, and presentations that highlight CLEVR’s value
  • Building and maintaining your sales pipeline using CLEVR’s CRM and lead tools
  • Collaborating with marketing to launch campaigns and generate leads
  • Tracking your performance and exceeding quarterly targets
  • Attending industry events and networking opportunities

 


 

What you bring to the table:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, IT, sales, marketing, business administration, or a similar field
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or a related role (internships or trainee programs count)
  • A passion for consultative selling and developing client relationships
  • Motivation to exceed sales targets and grow in a commercial role
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
  • Experience with low-code platforms or SaaS is a plus
