Executive Assistant

ClearScore is searching for a Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be confident, hardworking, and an experienced administrator who is looking to take the next step in their career. What you will be doing:

The role primarily involves providing administrative support to the executive team (you will be supporting CPO, CFO, CDO, COO and VP of Product. This includes but isn’t limited to:

  • Managing 4-5 diaries, organising meetings, booking meeting rooms, acting as a gate keeper for your relevant executives
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for your executives, and producing travel itineraries
  • Sorting, screening and prioritising incoming mail for executives (online & offline), drafting responses to correspondence where appropriate and escalating key actions
  • Reminding your executive of important tasks and deadlines, and being able to quickly and efficiently reprioritise
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Various ad-hoc requests, for example booking team off-sites/meals/activities

Secondly you will play a pivotol role in the support of the Admin Team, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting in the organisation and delivery of various office events, working alongisde the other EA and Office-Coordinator in the team
  • Scheduling and logistival support for company-wide meetings and training, including ClearScore University
  • Organising catering for company-wide initiatives including Breakfast / Lunch and Learns
  • Lead on our Amex for Business travel platform once launched, being the point of contact for business travel and first stage approver

  • Confident and credible communicator
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Excellent knowledge of Outlook
  • Proficient user of Word / PowerPoint / Excel
  • Able to demonstrate problem solving situations
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in dealing with all tasks including confidential information
  • Ability to adapt, priorities and multi-task in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Good working knowledge of office IT equipment e.g. Zoom, printing & scanning etc.
