Big things are happening here. With the recent acquisition of Aro by the ClearScore Group, we're entering a new phase of exciting growth, and you could be a key part of it.
We are seeking an experience strategic, results-driven, and operationally astute Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of product within Home Lending as well as the continuous improvement of technology solutions that power our advice & case management operation. You will work closely with all levels of the operations team to understand business processes, regulatory requirements, and user needs — translating these into clear, deliverable solutions that increase efficiency, ensure compliance, and enhance the user journey.
This is a highly collaborative role, working cross-functionally with partners, data teams, third-party system providers, lenders, and operational leaders to deliver exceptional value for the business, our advisers and users.
This is a real opportunity to join a market-leading financial platform backed by ClearScore’s global success and long-term growth plans. You'll be working alongside some of the best in the industry, with access to training, support, strong partnerships with top lenders and a clear vision for the future.
What you’ll be doing:
- Define and own the product roadmap for systems and tools that support our advisers and the advice process.
- Align product initiatives with operational priorities, user needs, compliance requirements, and business goals.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor capabilities to keep solutions relevant and market leading.
- Partner with the management team to map existing workflows, identify pain points, and capture improvement opportunities.
- Translate operational and regulatory requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
- Act as the voice of both the adviser and the user to ensure solutions deliver genuine usability and value.
- Work closely with tech and design teams to build, test, and deliver high-quality features on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with third-party technology and lender partners to ensure smooth integrations and optimal system performance.
- Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with operational teams to validate solutions before go-live.
- Gather and analyse MI to assess product performance and user adoption.
- Track KPIs to measure efficiency gains, compliance adherence, and user satisfaction.
- Recommend and implement enhancements based on feedback and performance insights.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and decisions clearly to stakeholders across the business.
- Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external technology/lender partners.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical audiences.
What we’re looking for in you:
-
Essential
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in a tech or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience in translating business needs into technology solutions.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
-
Desirable
- Knowledge of Secured products & the secured lending processes, and FCA regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with CRM or case management systems.
- Background in UX/UI or a technical discipline.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and process optimisation.
