We're looking for a CRM Marketing Executive to join DriveScore, a fast-growing scale-up business within the ClearScore Group. DriveScore’s mission is to disrupt the car insurance market by making it more transparent, accessible, and user-centric than ever before. Leveraging cutting-edge telematics technology and data analytics, DriveScore provides users with personalised car insurance offers and insights, helping millions of people make informed decisions about their car insurance needs.
DriveScore is searching for a CRM Marketing Executive who is enthusiastic about user-centred design in CRM, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives working in a fast-paced team. Working alongside the marketing team and within a multidisciplinary squad, you will work on all aspects of the CRM process, including ideation, creative development, campaign setup across email and product and analysing post-campaign performance.

What you will be doing
- CRM Campaign Management:
- Assist in planning, creating, and executing multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, in-app notifications and push notifications, product).
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Data Analysis & Segmentation:
- Support the analysis of customer data to segment audiences effectively.
- Use insights to develop personalized and targeted communication strategies.
- Customer Journey Optimization:
- Contribute to mapping customer journeys and lifecycle stages to identify touchpoints for improvement.
- Suggest and implement strategies to enhance user retention and reactivation.
- Performance Tracking:
- Generate reports to track campaign KPIs and performance metrics.
- Use A/B testing to refine and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Design to align CRM initiatives w
- Communicate with external vendors and agencies when needed for campaign execution.
Skills you need
- 2-3 years of experience in a CRM marketing
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Blueshift
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative skills for developing new campaign concepts and attention to detail in design.
- Basic understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of email marketing and A/B testing techniques.
- A proactive and collaborative team player, and solution-oriented mindset
- Having a passion for anything cars related or experience in the car insurance industry is a plus.
