About the Opportuntiy 

The DriveScore Commercial Team is responsible for the monetisation of the DriveScore platform through B2B partnerships. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team, with specific focus on supporting our car insurance vertical. This is a pivotal role that will require the successful candidate to manage a wide range of partnerships, to grow the number of partners working with DriveScore and to capitalise on commercial opportunities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
You will work in partnership with multidisciplinary technology and product teams in a highly agile environment. You will drive performance through the business and, in turn, help millions of people make better financial decisions.The Commercial Manager will support the Commercial Lead through the management of a pipeline of projects and strategic partnerships within DriveScore.

What you will be doing:

  • Partnership Management and Performance Accountability: Manage commercial relationships with existing partners, monitoring daily performance closely and using analytics to identify opportunities for improved performance.
  • Business Development: Identify potential partners and work with existing teams to bring them onto DriveScore.
  • Support Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies to maintain DriveScore's competitiveness and position as the top choice for our partners.
  • Data Analysis: Utilise DriveScore’s rich data to derive business  insights, produce reports, spot trends, and convert them into actionable strategies for users and partners.
  • Product Optimisation: Collaborate closely with product teams and partners to continuously optimise the product and conversion funnel. 

Skills we'd love you to have

  • Experience: At least 2 years of work experience with a strong track record in previous roles and academia
  • Experience of the insurance sector is desirable but not mandatory
  • Passion: Enthusiasm for solving complex problems and the ability to think entrepreneurially
  • Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and readiness to take on significant responsibilities quickly.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience in making decisions based on data analysis.
