Paralegal/Legal Operations Specialist

ClearScore is searching for a talented Paralegal on a permanent basis to join our legal team, based in London. You will to support ClearScore’s legal team and continued growth across the UK, South Africa, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. As Paralegal reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be pivotal in supporting the legal team across commercial, IP, special projects and legal operations initiatives.

 

What will you do:

  • Support the legal team across commercial legal, IP and special projects across ClearScore’s business globally, with supervision where required
  • Take ownership of vendor contracting and NDAs, and support with commercial contracting and other transactions
  • Assist with legal research
  • Contribute to legal operational projects to improve the efficiency and ways of working of the legal team, including taking ownership of the legal team contracting platform and management and organisation of records

 

What we're looking for:

  • You have a law degree
  • Relevant experience as a paralegal or legal assistant within an in-house environment, preferably in a tech company
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Strong team collaboration skills and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
  • Effective communication skills with high curiosity and desire to learn
