Campaigns & Propositions Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Campaign and Propositions Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of user-centric
propositions and support the launch of new products and services across global markets.
This role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders across
global and local teams. You’ll play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies, owning the campaign calendar, and ensuring consistent
execution of integrated campaigns throughout the year.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the annual campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities, product launches, and user engagement goals.

  • Develop global, centralised campaign playbooks that enable seamless rollout and consistent replication across regional markets.

  • Project manage key product launches, working cross-functionally with product, commercial, compliance, and global/local go-to-
    market teams.

  • Develop and refine customer propositions for financial products based on insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.

  • Support the execution of global integrated marketing campaigns ensuring consistent, effective launches whilst driving efficiencies.

  • Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and go-to-market plans.

  • Influence and engage stakeholders to drive alignment, secure buy-in, and maintain momentum across projects.

  • Apply analytical thinking to evaluate campaign performance, user behaviour, and market opportunities, translating insights into
    actionable strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven marketing experience with a focus on product launches, proposition development and campaign delivery.

  • Experience in marketing within the service industry with a focus on product launches, proposition development, and campaign execution.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments.

  • Proven ability to lead projects, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and optimise performance.

     

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global and local teams.
