CRM Executive - Australia and New Zealand

We're seeking an ambitious CRM Executive / CRM Specialist who is passionate about helping people across Australia and New Zealand improve their finances. You will be an essential part of our small but impactful CRM team that helps bring our users back by sending the right message to the right user at the right time. This team supports new user activation, engagement, and monetisation.
This role will be focused on bringing the right offer to the right user at the right time. You’ll be working closely with our CRM Manager to deliver a seamless user journey in CRM, and cross-functionally with the commercial, product and design teams.

Skills and experience you will need:

Hard skills

  • A CRM Executive or CRM Specialist (or equivalent) with 1-2 years experience
  • CRM Creative: Be comfortable writing, designing, and coding compelling emails (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with solid attention to detail.
  • Marketing Analytics: Have strong analytical skills to dig into performance and then continuously design, deliver, and analyse experiments to improve performance.
  • User-focused: Most importantly, be curious about our users, their goals, what motivates them, and what their frustrations are – and turn that into brilliant campaigns. You love problem solving.

Soft skills

  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with colleagues, suppliers, and others at all levels, including senior stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Able to work well as part of a team, knowing when to take the lead on something and when to support others leading. Always focused on finding solutions.
  • Self-management: Self-motivated, able to effectively prioritise their workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment – love the hustle.
  • Delivery and outcome-focused approach: You deliver high-quality, work that delivers results.

What success looks like:

  • After three months, you will have learnt about ClearScore and how it works, be able to deliver one-off campaigns with ease, have built relationships with key stakeholders, and delivered one major project.
  • After six months, you will have demonstrated strong accountability for trading and delivered another major project.
  • After 12 months, you will have started to identify the most significant opportunities in CRM at ClearScore, demonstrated your ability to prioritise and focus on the ones that will make a difference, and proven yourself as a critical contributor to the ANZ business.
