About The Role 

We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Revenue Marketing, to own and drive our revenue marketing and demand generation programmes. This is a high-impact, hands-on role sitting at the intersection of paid media, CRM operations, and pipeline reporting with direct visibility into business results.

You will work closely with Content Marketing, Events, Revenue Operations, and Sales to build and optimise scalable marketing programmes that generate a qualified pipeline and accelerate deals.

If you are analytical, HubSpot-fluent, and energised by connecting marketing activity to revenue outcomes, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working as a Senior Specialist, Revenue Marketing, you will be responsible for:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across LinkedIn and Google, owning targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation to maximise pipeline contribution
  • Own the full lead lifecycle in HubSpot, including lead capture, scoring, segmentation, nurturing workflows, and sales handoff to ensure consistent pipeline quality and velocity
  • Track and report on key demand generation metrics (MQLs, CPL, conversion rates, ROI) and translate data into clear recommendations for Marketing, Sales, and RevOps
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales to align on ICP, lead scoring models, and handoff SLAs that accelerate deal velocity
  • Support the Events team on campaign promotion, lead capture, and post-event follow-up to maximise return from every event investment

What You’ll Need

  • 5 years of experience in B2B revenue marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot: Marketing Hub, CRM, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting
  • Proven track record managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn, with direct ownership of budget and performance
  • Strong analytical mindset: comfortable building reports, interpreting funnel metrics, and making data-driven recommendations
  • Creative instinct to match analytical rigour: comfortable concepting and testing new ad formats, messaging angles, and campaign ideas
  • Self-starter, fluent in English (C1+), and genuinely curious about AI tools and how they can improve marketing workflows

Nice To Have ✨

  • Background or genuine interest in finance or sustainable finance
  • Experience with SEO, content strategy, or account-based marketing (ABM) programmes
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or GA4
  • Additional European languages (Spanish, German, French, or others)
  • Experience in a high-growth tech or fintech start-up environment
