About The Role šŸ’» 

We seek a Customer Success Specialist to join our Platforms sales and business development team. As a Customer Success rep, you will be critical in deepening relations with our existing clients to help them grow and get the most value out of our products. Your objective will be to maintain existing clients and identify opportunities to enhance our products or fill new client needs. To be successful, you’ll need to leverage product expertise and client relation skills to ensure that our client’s business requirements are being met.

Working as a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for…

  • Leading the post-sale onboarding process for new clients by sharing materials, training users, and ensuring clients have the resources required to be successful 
  • Maintaining commercial relationships by renewing existing deals and identifying opportunities to fill new client needs
  • Tracking and analyzing product usage to ensure value is being delivered
  • Interpreting client requests and translating them to the Product team for prioritization and development
  • Developing a deep knowledge of your clients to be able to guide the resolution of support queries
  • Coordinate with other teams including Account Executives, Product Specialists, Marketing, and Product to ensure client Success

Way of Working: Hybrid (3+ days in office during first 6 months)

What You’ll Need šŸ‘€

  • Years of Experience: 3+ years of experience within the financial industry in roles such as sales or account/relationship management 
  • Good client management and communication skills 
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills with plenty of curiosity 
  • Strong organization and project management skills 
  • Experience using Excel and PowerPoint (or similar) 
  • Experience using a CRM tool (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Self-starter who will thrive in a start-up setting by taking ownership and initiative
  • Able to take ownership and initiative, with high energy and stamina
  • Decisive and action-oriented, able to make rapid decisions even when they are short of information
  • Highly motivated, independent and deeply passionate about sustainability and impact
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1 level-proficient user)
