About The Role 💻

We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer to guide the development and evolution of our Gen AI platform, a cutting-edge technology suite supporting a growing array of use cases, including our conversational AI Assistant with multiple agentic experts, the automated report generation for regulatory compliance, and the interpretation and explanation of data points and model predictions available throughout our product offering. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead and contribute to a transformational area for Clarity AI and society at large.

What You’ll Be Doing 🚀

Working as a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and fine-tuning foundational models and RAG systems.
• Defining agentic experts and facilitating their composability.
• Refining end-to-end evaluation frameworks for all outlined use cases, including: AI Assistant, Report generation and Interpretability
• Performing ad hoc team projects as needed.

What You’ll Need 👀

Technical skills

• Tech stack: Python, Linux, AWS, HuggingFace, LangChain, LangGraph, PyTorch, REST APIs, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, GPUs, Pandas, SQL
• Understanding of neural NLP models: transformers, encoders, decoders, encoder-decoders, embeddings, RAG techniques
• Model lifecycle: data preparation, training, evaluation, monitoring, reproducibility and explainability
• Experience with deploying models (batch, online)
• Ability to architect complex systems and design robust interfaces

Soft skills

• Ability to synthesize technical information and strong communication skills
• Appreciation of complete end-to-end process from datapoint to user experience
• Staying current with the latest developments in NLP, ML, AI
• Can work autonomously towards high-level goals
• Highly motivated, independent and deeply passionate about sustainability and impact
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1 level-proficient user)

Nice To Have ✨

• Experience in a start-up and/or tech company
• Experience working in Data Science products or PhD in ML / Applied Math / Quantitative Research / Statistics / Computer Science  and related fields
