About The Role š»
We are looking for a Junior Data Research Associate who will help us ensure that we have the most accurate ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) data, in order to provide the most reliable sustainability impact measurements.
The role provides an opportunity to join a dynamic, talented, diverse and young company, as well as be part of the team that leads Data acquisitionā¦one of the foundations of Clarity AIās value proposition.
What Youāll Be Doing š
Working as a Junior Associate - Data Research, your role will include, but not be limited to, the following activities:
- Collecting, verifying and processing Sustainability data sourced from various financial, exchange and government regulator websites and official reports
- Assisting in data collection projects through data analysis, quality assurance and data monitoring
- Conducting frequent research on ESG reporting standards and assist in the development of methodologies for the collection of best-in-class data
- Mentoring and train external contractors and internal team on ESG indicators and sustainability frameworks
- Performing ad hoc team projects as needed

What Youāll Need š
- Highly motivated, independent, proactive and deeply passionate about sustainability and impact
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, database applications, and BI tools (e.g. Quicksight)
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills, with clear attention to detail to work with complex data sets
- At least a Bachelorās degree- Sustainability, Finance, Economics, Itl. Relations, Accounts, Environmental Studies or similar field of study
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1 level-proficient user)
Nice To Have āØ
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL and/or business intelligence tools is a plus
- Experience in Data collection / data research or similar roles
- Experience in a start-up and/or tech company
