Job Summary: This role provides administrative support to global audience development and media relations teams, ensuring the efficient coordination of day-to-day activities, communications, and operational processes. Responsibilities include maintaining records and documentation, preparing reports and materials, and supporting workflow administration across multiple teams and stakeholders. The role helps ensure information is accurate, organized, and accessible, while supporting the smooth execution of departmental priorities in accordance with established policies, procedures, and timelines. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks are essential to supporting global team operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to global audience development and media relations teams, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate and manage administrative workflows, tracking assignments, deadlines, requests, and deliverables to support global team operations.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain records, reports, presentations, contact lists, and other departmental documentation.
- Assist with the scheduling, tracking, and administration of projects, campaigns, and team activities to support timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitor shared inboxes, coordinate correspondence, and route inquiries to appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate data, databases, media lists, and tracking systems, ensuring information is current and readily accessible.
- Compile routine reports, metrics, and status updates to support team planning and operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, record-keeping standards, and data management requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues across regions and functions to facilitate effective communication, information sharing, and workflow coordination.
- Perform other administrative and operational support duties as assigned.
Job Level Competencies
- Thorough knowledge of principles, theories and concepts in area of discipline. Competent in all job functions and has a general understanding of the industry’s practices, techniques and standards.
- Develops solutions for a variety of situations and works on projects requiring evaluation and analysis. May refer to policies, practices and precedents for guidance; determines best course of action to achieve results.
- Work is performed independently and requires the exercise of judgment and discretion. May receive some limited guidance for new assignments. Work may be reviewed for overall adequacy.

- Actions may impact on the success of the overall department and/or the organization. Failure to accomplish work or erroneous decisions may result in delays to projects, loss of revenue or allocation of additional resources to remedy.
Qualifications:
- Typical experience: 3+ years in related role or experience.
- Actual experience may vary depending on role complexity, geography, and internal development opportunities or a comparable mix of training, education, and experience.
- Ability to analyze audience, engagement, or performance data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Working knowledge of digital audience development concepts, including distribution, engagement, and optimization strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply judgment within defined guidelines and processes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills suitable for cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a structured environment.
- Proficiency with common digital platforms, analytics tools, and reporting methods used to track audience performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: University degree preferred.
- Experience supporting audience growth, content distribution, or lifecycle engagement initiatives.
- Familiarity with analytics, marketing automation, or audience measurement platforms.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, lifecycle management, or personalization strategies.
- Exposure to testing, experimentation, or optimization methodologies for digital channels.
- Experience contributing to global or multi-market audience programs.
- Relevant professional certification in analytics, marketing, or digital strategy.
