
Senior Global Compensation Analyst
This role is responsible for the administration, analysis, and execution of global compensation, including salary structure, incentive plans, and annual compensation cycles. This role provides compensation analysis, job architecture governance, and supports compensation planning activities to ensure pay practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organization’s compensation philosophy and frameworks.
What you'll do:
• Support the execution and administration of global compensation programs and annual compensation cycles, including merit planning, promotions, and bonus and incentive planning processes.
• Conduct compensation analysis, including pay equity reviews, market benchmarking, compa-ratio analysis, and compensation modeling to support informed compensation decisions.
• Review and validate compensation recommendations to ensure alignment with compensation philosophy, structures, internal equity, and budget parameters.
• Participate external compensation surveys, including job matching, data validation, submission, and interpretation of market results to inform compensation strategies.
• Support the development, maintenance, and governance of job architecture, including job structures, grades, leveling, and compensation frameworks.
• Prepare reports and dashboards compensation reports, modeling, and analysis to support annual compensation planning, bonus funding, workforce planning, and leadership decision-making.
• Ensure compensation data integrity and compliance with compensation policies, guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and areas requiring review or escalation.
• Partner with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance and business leaders to provide consultative compensation guidance and analysis.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support business needs.
What you'll bring:
• Typical experience: 5+ years in related role or experience.
• Actual experience may vary depending on role complexity, geography, and internal development opportunities or a comparable mix of training, education, and experience.
• Experience working with compensation data, salary structures, incentive plans, or compensation planning processes.
• Experience working with spreadsheets and data analysis tools, including advanced spreadsheet functionality.
• Experience supporting compensation cycles such as merit increases, promotions, or bonus planning.
• Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and market data concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Education: University degree preferred.
• Experience supporting global or multi-country compensation programs.
• Experience participating in compensation survey submissions and job matching (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson).
• Experience working with job architecture, salary grades, and compensation frameworks.
• Experience using HRIS and compensation planning tools (e.g., UKG, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar systems).
• Professional certification in compensation or human resources (e.g., CCP, GRP, PHR, or equivalent).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven, or global organization.
