Role Overview
As the Senior Marketing Manager at Dash0, you will spearhead our marketing efforts, focusing on strategy, execution, and optimization to grow our customer base and strengthen our brand presence. You’ll develop and oversee comprehensive marketing campaigns, work cross-functionally to align efforts with business goals, and leverage data to inform decision-making. This is a high-impact role for an experienced marketing professional with a strong track record in SaaS and product-led growth environments.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Leadership
- Develop and execute a results-driven marketing strategy aligned with Dash0’s product-led growth objectives.
- Drive brand awareness and engagement through multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, and experiential platforms.
- Collaborate with leadership, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of marketing initiatives with company goals.
Campaign Development and Execution
- Design and oversee end-to-end multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to attract, engage, and convert customers.
- Partner with content and creative teams to craft compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage external vendors or agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient use of resources.
Customer Journey Optimization
- Lead initiatives to optimize the customer journey, from awareness to retention, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to create impactful landing pages, leveraging A/B testing and data analysis to drive improvements.
Data-Driven Marketing and Insights
- Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
- Present regular performance insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on SaaS, B2B, or product-led growth strategies.
- Proven success in driving measurable growth through integrated marketing campaigns.
Skills:
- Expertise with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush - a must, or similar).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels and experience with conversion rate optimization techniques.
