How the role contributes to the company's vision

This critical role will help operationalise our go-to-market strategy in the fund administration space. By taking ownership of and professionalizing customer interactions in the enterprise segment, this role will ensure complex onboarding and post-onboarding operations, enabling our team to scale significantly.

Top responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of our services to our customers and act as the pivotal point of contact for Account Management, proactively addressing any issues and continuously driving improvements in pre and post-onboarding.

  • Lead the execution of complex post-close operations processes, including capital calls, distributions, and recurring investor reporting, with an unwavering commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

  • Lead projects that enhance our operative model in collaboration with experts in the different operations modules.

  • Focus on improving quality, speed, and overall effectiveness, constantly seeking out opportunities for innovation and excellence.

Initial priorities

  • Own the onboarding process for at least two fund migrations and two new fund setups.

  • Identify improvement areas that would drive down time of delivery and increase client satisfaction in areas such as entity setup, LP onboarding, capital call, and reporting setup execution for a Fund on our platform.

  • Challenge existing set-up internal tools and suggest ways to improve collaboration in the team.

What you should bring with you

  • You have gained 3+ years of experience in dynamic environments like consulting, VC, or law, where you developed a skillset in project management and handled tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of fund services and operations or experience in fund law, including a key understanding of fund structures, the ability to review LPAs and identify key (economical) terms.

  • Strong client-first attitude and experience communicating with customers.

  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional reporting and stakeholder updates.

  • Curiosity and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and optimisation.

  • Motivation to join a Series A startup and a commitment to delivering high-quality results with diligence.

  • Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
