About the team
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team in our Budapest HQ. You will contribute to our hiring efforts, delivering positions with different skill sets globally, improving our recruitment processes and you also will be involved in short and long-term planning. There is one thing for sure, besides the day-to-day tasks, you will have the opportunity to learn a lot and develop yourself in a proactive, hard-working, collaborative team.
About your responsibilities
- Full-scale of recruitment activities
- Source for candidates by using multiple channels
- Pre-screening candidates
- Conducting interviews and follow-ups
- Candidate communication and keeping good relationship with potential candidates on the market
- Owning the hiring processes
- Giving information, feedback and support to Hiring Managers and stakeholders
- Editing, updating, and managing job advertisements on webpage and social media
- Recruitment administration, managing ATS
- Participating in employer branding events or other initiatives
- Stay up to date with market trends
- Giving feedback and suggesting new initiatives for helping the recruitment team to be more efficient
- Taking full responsibility for specific projects related to recruitment team’s activities like social media platform management, event organization, etc.
Experience, skills and knowledge you should bring to us
- At least 4-5 years experience
- Experience in recruiting software developers and other IT related positions
- Experience in candidate sourcing with different tools
- Professional English language skills, be able to assess other’s English knowledge
- Proactive attitude
- Knowledge of various markets, tools, technologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident stakeholder management including all departments and management layers
- Strong organizational skills
Bonus skills that will help you hit the ground running
- Experience in employer branding activities
- Experience with Greenhouse
