Accounts Administrator
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: €34,000 - €36,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9:00 - 5.30pm
Charles Hurst is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to support our finance team here at Audi Centre. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and numerical skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices, payments, and expenses
- Supporting accounts payable and receivable activities
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Assisting with reconciliations and month-end processes
- Liaising with internal teams and suppliers as required
About You
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
