Sales Executive – BMW Motorrad Belfast
Location: Belfast, Charles Hurst
Hours: 44 hours per week, Sundays OFF
Salary: £50000 OTE (including £25000 basic plus bonus)
BMW Motorrad Belfast is recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our high‑performing and ambitious motorcycle sales team. This role is ideal for an experienced Sales Executive looking to represent a premium motorcycle brand and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will be responsible for generating motorcycle sales, building strong customer relationships, and representing the BMW Motorrad brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities

- Present suitable motorcycles, finance options, and add‑on products to customers, ensuring a premium and personalised experience.
- Manage all motorcycle sales documentation including finance agreements, invoices, and payments.
- Liaise with finance providers to submit and progress credit applications efficiently.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end motorcycle sales process, achieving agreed sales and profit targets.
- Ensure full compliance with FCA, GDPR, and financial regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting and administrative tasks.
- Develop a high level of product knowledge to confidently answer customer queries and log all activity to monitor outcomes and support management reporting.
- Manage your motorcycle stock pipeline within company working capital guidelines, including purchasing, preparation, advertising, and marketing of motorcycles.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated to crack on with the job and be passionate about what they do. You will be expected to hit targets so being ambitious and hard-working is essential.
Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade would be preferred but not essential as we are always on the look out for new/fresh talent to join our team. You will hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
