THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

As a Finance Analyst at charles, you will ensure the entire company operates at the highest level of excellence. You’ll own end-to-end finance operations and deliver the financial insights that fuel charles' growth as Europe's leading WhatsApp marketing platform.

Join our Head of Finance in building charles into an independent, self-sustaining business with excellent processes and customers who enjoy working with us. Your work will directly impact our ability to scale efficiently, optimize cash flow, and support the strategic initiatives driving our expansion across European markets.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• You drive our closing processes and are a key contributor for steering and controlling across the company.
• You’ll own monthly and annual closings and ensure sure they are available promptly with the most meaningful insights.
• You manage the daily operations for billing and managing subscription-based contracts
• You have a strong focus on improving our accounts receivables and payables, balancing financial concerns with customer and supplier relations. For this, you will work closely with our Sales- and Success-team, making sure we find optimal solutions for the business
• You manage presentation for management and investors and reports for different stakeholders
• You actively challenge and optimize processes in a scalable and data-driven approach
• You support in projects like financing, supplier negotiations, or potential M&A processes

YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND VALUES

• You have a (Master) degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or relevant studies
• You have previous relevant experience through internships in dynamic environments
• You are excellent in using Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook and have an analytical mindset
• You thrive working autonomously with a high degree of ownership and have an achiever mindset
• You have a process-oriented and data-driven mindset and want to improve our (finance) processes every day
• You enjoy working and communicating with customers
• You have excellent English and German skills
• Plus: You have experience working with Datev, Pleo (or alike), or Chargebee (or alike)
• Plus: you are experienced in SQL and with data-visualization tools like Looker or PowerBI
