THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

As Founder’s Associate Intern for our Product Development Team, you will work very closely with our VP of Product Yenny, VP of Engineering Anthony, and our Founder Andreas (ex-McKinsey e-commerce Lead) to enable them and the productivity of their department.

This means being data-driven (by developing department reporting or ad-hoc analyses) and ensuring efficient operations (by preparing and hosting meetings). You will receive unique insights into the machinery of one of the fastest-growing and most exciting start-ups in Europe.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Prepare business-critical presentations for our Founder and VPs addressing the team or external stakeholders (e.g., All-hands, townhalls, investors, prospective clients)
  • Set-up, maintain, and enhance recurring analyses to give the Executive Team strong visibility into the state of our business
  • Collaborate with our VPs on project management, OKR setting, staffing modeling, and reporting
  • Run ad-hoc analyses and research
  • Establish processes and best practices to help our organization mature (e.g. removing silos, sharing knowledge & tooling between different departments)
  • Support company events (e.g. offsites, team events, hackathon)

YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND VALUES

  • You've worked in fast-paced environments before, e.g., in top-tier management consulting, private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or high-growth startups
  • You have strong PPT and Excel skills (ThinkCell is a significant plus)
  • You master strong analytical skills and have experience with analytics tools like Looker Studio
  • You are highly structured and know how to divide and conquer complex problems, enabling you to take ownership and execute projects quickly
  • You are known among your peers for a high sense of integrity and responsibility
  • You will join us for a minimum 3 months, from January 2025 on 
  • You have excellent English writing and conversational skills
