You bring value to our clients and prospective clients by unveiling the world of Conversational Marketing and its many possibilities for their business model. You will forge a long-term partnership between charles and them, ensuring we deliver on their goals and expectations. In this role, you will be an instrumental part of our growth.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Help shape the future of charles' mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills
  • You will work closely with our VP of Sales Tom (Sales Leader of two Conversational Commerce startups) and Director of Business Development Dirk
  • You will own the pre-sales cycle with responsibility for generating pipelines by prospecting customers and extending our popular customer pool (e.g. SNOCKS, Cola Cola, Estée Lauder and Hello Fresh)
  • Help us to build our outbound structure through multiple approaches (by social selling, calling, LinkedIn Navigator)
  • Analyse charles customer base to understand how we add value and use this to find prospects we can add the same value to
  • Ensure the quality of pre-qualification and support our team in closing the deal
  • Actively seek out profitable partnerships and business opportunities

  • Ability to identify, understand and communicate the customer's business needs

  • You have a native/bilingual level of German and professional level in English
  • Profound knowledge of the European e-Commerce market and relevant enabling technologies, is a plus
