About the team
Partner with leaders and employees to deliver both strategic and operational people priorities that support business performance, organizational effectiveness and employee experience across Castrol Indonesia. Support line managers using sound technical capabilities to provide people related advice, case management and project delivery while also leading the execution of core people processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, talent management, capability development. Working closely with respective stakeholder to ensures compliant and reliable HR operations in accordance with local legislation and company policy.
Key Tasks
- Act as the primary day-to-day P&C contact for assigned leaders, employees and key stakeholders.
- Provide practical coaching and advice to line managers on people matters, team effectiveness, performance, engagement and employee lifecycle decisions.
- Provides advice to line managers to recognise, reward and motivate people in alignment with the business and people plan.
- Manage onboarding and integration activities to ensure new joiners are set up for success.
- Supports line managers in assessing talent, having effective career conversations, identifying critical roles, succession planning and ensuring individual actions from talent review are completed and monitored.
- Support compensation and benefits administration, reward cycle preparation and salary survey inputs where required.
- Lead the operational delivery of employee engagement activities, listening channels, engagement surveys and action planning follow-up.
- Coordinate employee events, recognition programs, wellbeing initiatives and culture-building activities that strengthen connection and inclusion.
- Stays up to date with external legal context to pre-empt employee relations (ER) issues and support line managers in managing informal and formal cases, driving robust and fair outcomes.
Experience Required
- Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a multinational or large local organization.
- Strong experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent broad HR generalist role preferably in supporting commercial and supply chain team.
- Hands-on experience coordinating payroll, HR operations and governance.
- Proven track record in balancing business partnering responsibilities with hands-on HR operations.
- Experience supporting recruitment, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning and capability development programs.
