ROI & EBITDA Analysis
Post-implementation benefit assurance

Results accountability
Financial storytelling
Analytical rigor

Key Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise value realization framework.
Approve value cases (pre-CSVO).
Analyze ROI and EBITDA impact.
Validate benefits with Finance.
Monitor post-implementation value.
Escalate value leakage.
Ensure initiatives deliver promised value.
Prevent value erosion.
