What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Guide and mentor a talented engineering team, nurturing a culture of trust, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Build High-Performance Teams: Recruit, onboard, and develop top engineering talent ready to meet ambitious business goals.
- Drive Scale: Leverage your experience scaling organizations to help us grow rapidly and robustly, ensuring processes and structures keep pace with our ambitions.
- Shape Strategy: Work cross-functionally with Product, Business, and Operations to define and execute strategies that empower outstanding business outcomes and customer experiences.
What You Bring
- Proven Leadership: You have a strong track record leading and growing engineering teams, ideally in high-growth or scale-up environments.
- Engineering Pedigree: Solid background in software development and system architecture, able to deep-dive with your team whenever necessary.
- Growth Mindset: Thrives in ambiguity, continuously raising the bar for yourself and those around you.
- Top-Notch Communication: Skilled at translating technical concepts for diverse audiences and collaborating across the business.
- Problem-Solving: Adept at breaking down complex challenges and leading teams to innovative, scalable solutions.
Nice to have:
- Professional working proficiency or conversational skills in German.
- Experience in dynamic start-up or scale-up contexts.
- Familiarity with our stack: TypeScript, Node.js, Angular.
