To strengthen our Salesforce team, we’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who wants to take real ownership, build scalable integrations, and drive technical excellence in a high-impact environment.

🚀 Your Impact

Own Core Integrations

Take full ownership of our bi-directional synchronisation service between Salesforce and our core backend systems — one of the most critical technical components in our sales infrastructure.

Build & Refactor with Purpose

• Improve and modernise our existing Salesforce codebase

• Develop new features from scratch

• Ensure long-term scalability, performance, and maintainability

Drive Sales Excellence

• Work closely on Sales Cloud implementations

• Continuously optimise sales processes and automation

• Partner with Sales and Operations to translate business needs into robust technical solutions

Design Scalable Architectures

• Build integrations with backend systems and third-party services

• Work with event-driven architectures

• Ensure clean API communication and reliable data flows

Contribute Beyond Code

• Help evolve internal processes and structures

• Implement best practices in Salesforce development

• Support administrative tasks where necessary (profiles, permissions, flows, configurations)

🧠 What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud

• Deep understanding of backend integrations and distributed systems

• Experience with event-driven architectures

• Strong command of Apex, SOQL, SQL

• Solid front-end knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus)

• Comfortable working across both development and admin topics

• Salesforce certifications are a plus

• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
