Salesforce Admin (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Salesforce Admin to join our team in Berlin, Schöneberg.

Your tasks

• Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
• Manage Salesforce configuration changes, encompassing Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, and mobile administration.
• Identify and gather requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
• Maintain user and technical documentation.
• Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization.
• Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
• Resolve user support tickets.
• Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed.

Your Profile

• Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
• Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
• Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce flows.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
• You need to have fluent English in Reading and Writing (C1) and German is great to have as well.
