Senior Brand & Digital Designer
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Brand & Digital Designer with a strong graphic design foundation and sharp visual judgment to shape and execute Cargoo’s brand presence across all marketing channels.
Cargoo operates at the intersection of logistics services and SaaS technology. This role requires experience in B2B environments and an understanding of complex, operational, or technical industries. You should be comfortable translating intricate product and service concepts into clear, compelling, and high-performing visual communication.
You will work closely with the Head of Design and Marketing leadership to build and maintain a coherent, modern brand expression across campaigns, web experiences, social content, event materials, and product storytelling. The focus is on delivering structured, scalable visual systems that perform consistently across channels.
Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality visual assets across campaigns, paid and organic social, web, sales support materials, and event-related outputs.
- Translate brand direction into cohesive, scalable visual systems across formats and channels.
- Develop modular campaign frameworks and reusable templates to ensure speed and consistency.
- Design modern landing pages and digital experiences with strong visual storytelling and conversion awareness.
- Create and iterate layouts for Framer/Webflow builds, ensuring responsive behavior and implementation feasibility.
- Maintain strong typographic discipline, layout clarity, and visual hierarchy across all deliverables.
- Contribute to the refinement and evolution of the brand system and asset libraries.
- Create lightweight motion, interaction, or 3D-enhanced visuals when appropriate.
- Use modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve production efficiency without compromising quality.
- Deliver structured, organized design files ready for production or implementation.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Design and Marketing leadership to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional design experience with a strong graphic design foundation.
- Proven experience working in B2B environments.
- Experience in logistics-tech, fintech, SaaS, or other complex operational industries is required.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaign work, web experiences, and high-level visual craft.
- Excellent typography, composition, hierarchy, and layout skills.
- Experience designing for digital-first brands and technology-driven companies.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Confident use of modern AI tools within professional design workflows.
- Experience designing for web platforms such as Framer or Webflow (direct build experience is a strong plus).
- Multi-disciplinary capabilities (motion, lightweight animation, 3D, interactive tools such as Spline) are a strong plus.
- Product design experience (UX/UI for SaaS platforms) is a plus, particularly in environments where brand and product surfaces intersect.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel requests without compromising quality or consistency.
- High level of autonomy, production discipline, and attention to detail.
