Product Manager

Role Overview: 

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to be a part of our core Product team to take ownership in optimizing our next generation cloud supply chain management platform. 

 As a Product Manager, you’ll play a major role in driving one of Cargoo’s core features, our Rates Management tool. 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Own and articulate the vision for your product in partnership with your internal team and external stakeholders. 

• Identify new opportunities for product feature development by analysing customer requirements, technology trends, and competitive gaps to develop solutions that meet their needs.  

• Ensure the commercial success of the product, working closely with the team to continuously adapt to market needs and implement new features. 

• Break down complex problems, analyse business requests, and write clear product requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams 

• Align product vision and roadmap with stakeholders and domain experts 

• Define and track key product KPIs and report on the success of product launches post go live. 

• Coordinate and communicate project launches across the company and to users in close collaboration with Marketing 

 

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS 

• Strong sense of ownership, you enjoy taking initiative and leading projects through to completion 

• Previous experience in procurement, marketplaces, logistics or supply chain management is required. 

• Adept at leveraging AI to design, validate, and deliver product features, including identifying use cases, collaborating with technical teams to integrate AI solutions, and translating AI capabilities into clear customer value propositions. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact with technical and nontechnical audiences including customers, executives, managers, and subject matter experts 

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously 

• Combination of strong technical background and business acumen: technical university degree is strongly preferred, additional degree in Supply Chain Management is a plus
