Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Cargoo
As a Sales Development Representative at Cargoo, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving new business opportunities in the supply chain, logistics, and ocean freight industry. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying their needs and introducing them to our cutting-edge digital freight solutions. Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, as well as the sales and marketing teams, you’ll help build a strong pipeline, fostering relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.

What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media, engaging key decision-makers in the logistics and supply chain space.
- Qualify leads, understand client challenges, and connect them with the right Cargoo solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of our freight management platform and communicate its value to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and optimize processes
- Accurately track activities in our CRM system, ensuring smooth follow-ups and enabling clear communication amongst internal teams.
