Sales Manager
Role overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious growth targets across two fast-growing international companies: Commodity Supplies AG and its sister company Cargoo AG. Commodity Supplies focuses on the seamless handling of ocean freight imports and exports, while Cargoo offers a high-tech Supply Chain Management platform for customers worldwide.
This role can be pursued from our Zurich or Hamburg office!
Responsibilities:

Actively engage potential customers for ocean freight solutions and supply chain software, unlocking new market opportunities.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to significantly expand the customer base and market presence.

Build trusted relationships with customers, identify their needs, and develop tailored, customized solutions.

Orchestrate collaboration with internal teams (SDR, Operations, IT, Customer Service) to deliver optimal services.

Serve as the central point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and negotiating and finalizing contracts.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in end to end Sales of Logistics or Supply Chain solutions.

Strong drive and curiosity to understand customer needs, develop sales strategies, and expand new markets.

Ability to break down and clearly convey technical concepts in both German and English.

Fearless approach towards building your own book of business.

Desire to thrive in a team-oriented environment (SDR, Operations, IT, Customer Service) to achieve common goals.

Willingness to travel and visit customers.
