ROLE OVERVIEW 

We’re looking for a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to join our mission to revolutionize healthcare technology. 

As the third designer on our team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape our platform’s future, take ownership of design initiatives, and make a real difference in the lives of care home residents, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Working closely with engineers, product managers, and end-users, you’ll deliver intuitive, impactful solutions for a product relied on by tens of thousands of users.

This hybrid role reports to the Head of Product, occasionally working from our Farringdon office and will involve occasional travel (e.g. to care homes). 

Your Responsibilities: 

• Conduct user research with UK-based care home staff and managers. 
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals aligned with user needs and business goals. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure usable, feasible and impactful designs. 
• Test, iterate, and document designs for seamless implementation. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• 3 – 5 years of proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio. 
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch). 
• Skilled in user research, usability testing, and responsive design. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Proactive and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
