THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to play a key role in optimising our internal operations and supporting the optimization of our sales and onboarding funnel.
You'll work side-by-side with sales, onboarding, marketing, and finance to streamline day-to-day processes, drive alignment across departments, and identify opportunities to improve how we work. This is a hands-on role pivotal in enabling our continued growth and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Excellence
- Working collaboratively with the sales, onboarding and support team to ensure the smooth operation of our business, while striving for constant improvement and efficiency gains.
- Deep understanding of the operation process: it is critical for this role to learn and understand the bottlenecks and process of our operation, especially factors that are specific to social care and care digitization.
Process Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; design and implement strategies that streamline workflows and improve delivery.
Performance Monitoring
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); build dashboards to track performance, provide insights, and make data-informed adjustments to strategies.
Continuous Improvement Culture
- Promote operational best practices and foster a culture of adaptability, learning, and growth.
Internal Communication
- Clearly communicate strategic directives, progress, and expectations to stakeholders at all levels
Vendor & Tools Management
- Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and manage internal systems (e.g. CRM, project management, and communication tools).
