ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Growth Manager, you'll drive customer acquisition and revenue expansion through a combination of strategic outbound calling, lead generation, and targeted digital marketing campaigns. This role connects marketing initiatives to sales outcomes, focusing on the fundamental activities that directly impact pipeline growth and business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation & Outbound Development

  • Execute high-impact outbound calling campaigns to prospect lists and marketing-qualified leads
  • Engage decision-makers in meaningful conversations that identify needs and qualify opportunities
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects for the commercial team
  • Develop personalized follow-up strategies that move prospects through the funnel

Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Implement multi-channel campaigns across email, social, and digital platforms
  • Create and optimize content that resonates with target personas and drives engagement
  • Manage campaign workflows in HubSpot and track prospect interactions
  • Analyse campaign performance and adjust tactics to improve results

Sales & Marketing Alignment

  • Ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to the sales team
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions in HubSpot
  • Provide insights from prospect conversations to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with commercial team to refine qualification criteria and targeting approaches

Performance Optimization

  • Track and report on key metrics including call conversions, qualified leads, and pipeline contribution
  • Identify patterns and insights that can improve outreach effectiveness
  • Test different messaging, channels, and approaches to optimize results
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our growth processes

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation and outbound development
  • Experience with marketing technology including CRM and marketing automation
  • Background in executing campaigns that deliver measurable results
  • Understanding of sales processes and qualification methodologies

Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging prospects in conversation
  • Ability to qualify opportunities based on business needs and buying intent
  • Data-driven approach to campaign optimization and reporting
  • Proficiency with data analysis, HubSpot and Google Analytics
